Pool & Spa Repair Request Form

This form is used to schedule a pool or spa repair...

Note: All repair require a one time travel charge of $95.00, which includes the following:

Additional labor rate is charged at $95.00 per hour. An estimate will be provided for all work in excess of $95.00. By using this request form, your maximum charge will only be the initial travel fee of $95.00 for our visit to your home and our 30 minutes of labor to determine the problems.

No work in excess of $95.00 will be performed without prior approval!

We will send you a "scheduled repair" confirmation email when we read your repair request. Once we check your pool or spa for proper operation, we will submit a fair price to repair it. If our proposal is accepted, the work may be scheduled for our next available appointment..

Travel Charge Flat fee for drive time and mileage, Includes the first 30 minutes of labor and all additional travel time for 90 days after initial visit. $95.00

Hourly Labor Charge:

 Labor rate after the first 30 minutes of inspection...Most problems can be fixed within an hour.

$95.00

 

 An estimate will be provided for all work in excess of $120.00. If the repair can be completed at the initial consultation, a bill will be left for the $95.00 travel charge, plus parts.
Should a service call exceed the first 30 minutes, no additional charges for work will be made without prior approval.
All repairs include a 3 month Travel - Labor Warranty, and a 1 year part warranty.
