• ✅ A professional proposal for any repairs that may exceed the first 1/2 hour, or additional costs
• ✅ 90 day labor warranty on all repairs and product installations
• ✅ 1 year parts warranty on all parts used, additional warranties vary by manufacturer, all used parts left for owner inspection

Please note the following exclusions:

• ✗ Hidden or pre-existing conditions do not apply to our warranty, all repairs are guaranteed
• ✗ Additional charges for travel time outside of Sonoma & Marin County
